Green tea is liquid well-being! And organic green sencha tea is no exception. Traditionally, green tea is the preferred tea in China and Japan, but green tea is becoming more and more widespread in the West, where otherwise black tea has been preferred. The difference between the two teas is that the green tea leaves - unlike the black ones - have been exposed to very little oxygenation during manufacture. Green tea is significantly lighter than e.g. Earl Gray and should also not pull as long and at just as high a temperature. Sencha means steamed tea and has its name after the process, where after picking you steam the large green tea leaves before they are rolled and dried.

Instructions

1-2 tsp. pr. cup 70-80 degrees hot water. sift with tea filter. Pulling time 3-5 min. Drink 1-3 cups daily.
