Dandelion is a milk-repellent herb that is probably better known as the beautiful yellow dandelion in the lawn in summer. To the great annoyance of many garden owners, the plant is very common and stubborn, but fortunately it can be anything other than weeds. Dandelion has once again become a popular dish in Nordic cuisine, both in salads and juices. This organic dandelion can be used for herbal tea.
