Instructions

1 tbsp. (4 g) Dip Skallin in 2 dl water or other liquid, stir for 2 min. to light gel consistency and drink immediately. Ingested before starting meal 1-3 times daily. The shells should be soaked before use and ingested with plenty of fluid. They should never be taken dry. Skallin should be taken 2 hours before or after taking other supplements and medicines.
