Capsules containing powdered sage leaves. Sage has a strong, spicy and penetrating taste. The downy leaves can be used as a spice and are widely used in French and Italian cuisine. Sage can also be drunk as a cooling tea.

Instructions

Be aware that sage is known to contain weak estrogen-like substances. Should not be used by pregnant or lactating women. Ingested before meals. If desired, the herbal powder can be taken out of the capsules and used for herbal tea or as a spice.
