Hair, nails and skin Hair Volume is a tablet of apple extract in combination with millet, horseradish, amino acids, biotin, zinc and copper. The tablet supplies nutrients to the scalp and the hair follicle (the "root" of the hair), where the hair is formed. The content of biotin and zinc contributes to a normal hair and a normal skin. Zinc also helps maintain normal nails. Copper contributes to a normal pigmentation of the hair.
