Arctic Cod Liver Oil from Nordic Naturals is an Omega-3 supplement with an orange flavor. Extracted from 100% Arctic cod (Skrei) caught in northern Norway. Only the liver is used. The fish oil has no unpleasant aftertaste of fish or acid reflux. DHA helps maintain normal vision as well as normal brain function - the beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. EPA + DHA contributes to a normal function of the heart - the beneficial effect is achieved by a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Nordic Naturals fish oils are certified by the independent environmental organization Friend of the Sea.
