Plantforce Ionic Magnesium Natural is a dietary supplement with magnesium in powder form, which in water creates ionic magnesium citrate from an absorbable mixture of magnesium carbonate and citric acid. Magnesium helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion, a normal energy metabolism, maintenance of normal bones and teeth as well as a normal function of muscles and nervous system.

Instructions

Mix in half to a full glass of cold or boiling water. Let it bubble up and then stir around in the water until it is dissolved. If cold water is used, it will shower for approx. 10-15 min. before it is ready for ingestion. Fill the rest of the glass with cold water and ingest. If hot water is used, it can be consumed almost immediately. The daily dose (2,5 g) can be taken in one dose or can be distributed over 2-3 times during the day. Can be taken with or between meals.
