Pukka American cold-pressed organic oil - also called Castor Oil / Castor oil. A warming oil that nourishes dry skin and is suitable for massage. Heat 1-2 tsp. oil in the palms and massage the oil into the desired area as needed. For nourishing treatment of the skin, it is advantageous to make a wrap with the oil. Soak a cloth or small cloth in heated American oil. Place the cloth on the desired area and put a towel or hot water bottle on and let the oil work for up to 20 minutes. In some traditions, American oil is used internally. Pukka American oil is in food quality, but we do not recommend it for internal use, as the oil can have a strong laxative effect, which can be especially risky for pregnant women and people with indigestion. American oil can be marketed either as a cosmetic product or a dietary supplement. Pukka has proactively chosen to market their American oil for external use, to ensure that the product is used in the safest way. Therefore, we can also not recommend or guide in the use of the oil for internal use. This is a legal requirement.
