GEO - Fenugreek seeds for germination ECO - 300G
DESCRIPTION:
Fenugreek sprouts are special as they can taste differently depending on whether they have received direct or indirect sunlight. They can easily be eaten alone, but also go well with other sprouts. They are good in e.g. salads and sandwiches, but can also be used as a topping on other dishes.
Course of action:
1. Soak the seeds for 8-10 hours
2. Rinse the seeds and spread them evenly in a sprout container
3. Water the seeds two or three times a day until they are fully germinated. Be careful that the water pressure is not too strong, as this can destroy the sprouts.
4. The sprouts are ready after three to five days.
Always wash the sprouts before use like any salad. They can be stored in the refrigerator.
