GEO - Cress seeds for germination ECO - 35G

Organic cress seeds for germination give the characteristic cress we all know. Watercress is especially delicious on scrambled eggs in both packed lunches and on smørrebrød. However, the watercress can also be used in sandwiches and salads as well as to garnish hot and cold dishes.

Course of action:
1. Soak the seeds for 5-10 minutes. 
2. Put the seeds in a sprout container and spread them evenly.
3. Water with fresh cool water once a day until leaves form, then water two to three times daily. Scent the sprouts when watering, they should smell fresh. Be careful that the water pressure is not too strong, as this can destroy the sprouts.
4. Development of the small visible sprout takes four days. Germination to leaf setting takes up to eight days.
