Aurion - Beech wood frame - 1300G/2L Dough

We are often asked: why is a beech wood frame good for baking in? It is because it provides gentle and gentle baking, which makes the bread more aromatic. That is the primary reason. Another reason is that beech wood frames are extremely sustainable, as wood baker's frames can last for several years if properly treated.

During the first baking, the frame may settle a little. It needs to be baked, and that is when the frame has turned a golden brown colour.

Another thing that you must be aware of before using the wooden baking frame is that it must be well lubricated. Follow the instructions that come with the frame.

The beech frame is produced by REVA in Herning, which is an employment offer for vulnerable and exposed citizens.

Volume: approx. 1300 g (2 liters)

Dimensions: Internal dimensions: height x length x width = 8,7 x 28,4 x 8,8 cm. The frame is approx. 1 cm thick.

Accessories: Stainless steel base and lid can be purchased separately. Please note that the steel lid/base only fits the beech wood frame (not other molds in the shop).
