Aurion - Organic Baking Ferment - 60G ECO

Not many people know baking yeast, but it is worth learning to bake with, as it produces very tasty bread.

The baking ferment granulate consists of organic GRAHAM FLOUR, pea flour, corn flour, selected types of honey and water, which has undergone a fermentation process, after which it is dried and ground. What distinguishes baker's yeast from yeast is a greater proportion of a special lactic acid bacterium (pediococcus pentosaceus) and a different type of yeast cell than ordinary baker's yeast.
