Mariagertobah wheat flour - Aurion160 is a gluten-strong spring wheat flour.
It is called Aurion160, because it is sifted for salt 160, i.e. a finely sifted flour.
The baking and rising power is strong and it has a very elastic gluten network. It gives a nicely raised, airy bread with lots of flavor and a crispy crust.
Mariagertobaen is our take on a strong spring wheat, reminiscent of the Canadian Manitoba spring wheat types with hard kernels and tight gluten properties.
It is grown by our Danish organic growers.
