Aurion - Organic Dark Malt Flour - 500G ECO

Aurion's dark malt flour is made from malted and roasted organic Danish barley. It is indispensable when you bake rye bread.

Dark malt flour is an enzyme-inactive malt flour that does not enter the baking process. The dark malt flour gives your bread a beautiful warm color and lovely taste.

Dosage: 1-2 level tablespoons per liters of water.
